1. In a bowl, dissolve contents of the packet with 7oz (200ml) of cold water. Set aside.
2. In a saucepan, boil 21 oz (600ml) water over medium heat. Pour dissolved soup mix into boiling water while stirring constantly until soup transparent.
3. Add 1 fresh egg and stir gently with a fork until egg is well dispersed. Let simmer for 1 minute or until egg is completely cooked. Serves 4.
